However, hand hygiene efforts, especially in low- and middle-income nations, suffer from a lack of comprehensive coverage, alongside deficient policies, financing, and oversight.

MSME training needs assessed as cross-border payments go digital
Genesis was commissioned to undertake a training needs assessment for MSMEs engaged in digital cross-border trade.
