Our values are the foundation for a culture of belonging within the firm. We all carry the responsibility for belonging in the firm and it is entrenched in our management practices. Belonging is built on three pillars: You are valued in the workplace, there is safety for all staff (not only physical but a safe place to be who you are) and a place where you are respected and you in turn respect others.
The campaign for belonging is championed by our transformation committee (TEEC) that is drawn from across the practices and offices across the firm.
