In your role, you will tackle some of the most critical challenges facing fast-growing economies. Supported by structured learning, proprietary problem-solving methodologies and modern AI tools, you will build and apply advanced consulting skills from the start.

We welcome recently qualified graduates and early-career professionals studying at leading African and international universities to join as analysts and associates.  Honours students and early career professionals may also be considered for our Young Professionals Programme.

We welcomed to our first cohort of young professionals in 2024 at the Joburg head office.

Our mass recruitment programme runs according to the academic calendars in Africa and overseas. We recruit internationally from September to December and in South Africa from April to June each year.

These processes are designed for current students at university-level or recently qualified and employed graduates who would like to pursue opportunities at Genesis.
