Recruitment of young professionals at Genesis

We recruit globally for young talent that is passionate about unlocking value on the continent. Successful candidates are placed into a niche practice area that best suits their skill set, interests and personal capability.
 

You will be working on some of the most important challenges in the world, from Day 1 and be taught advanced problem-solving and consulting skills, and use them from the start.

We recruit newly or recently qualified graduates from African and international universities to join as analysts and associates. On occasion, honours students and external junior hires with up to one year's working experience may also be considered for analyst positions.

We welcomed to our first cohort of young professionals in 2024 at the Joburg head office.

Our mass recruitment programme runs according to the academic calendars in Africa and overseas. We recruit internationally from September to December and in South Africa from April to June each year.
