At Genesis, our recruitment process is decentralised. Hiring is led directly by our individual practices and departments, ensuring you engage closely with the team you will actually be working with from day one.
Every step is run under the expert guidance and governance of our global talent acquisition team to guarantee a fair, consistent, and supportive candidate experience.
Application & initial screening: Your application is received by our team and carefully reviewed against the core skills, competencies, and experience required for the role.
First-round interview: If shortlisted, you will be invited to an initial interview. This is a great opportunity for us to explore your professional background, learn more about your skills, and get to know you a little better.
Second-round interview & case study: If you progress to the next stage, you will be invited to a second interview. This session is usually centered around a practical case study tailored to the role, giving you a chance to demonstrate your problem-solving approach.
Offer of employment: If you are the successful candidate, we will extend a formal offer of employment to join our global team.
Due diligence: Once the offer is made, we will finalise standard background verification checks and professional reference reviews.
