Winnet Chinogwenya
Change Management Manager (TB TSU | Health)
Winnet Chinogwenya is the change management manager on the TB Techical Support Unit project in the Health practice. She is based in South Africa.
She is a seasoned professional in the public health NGO sector who has worked in community health and health system strengthening programmes across Zimbabwe, South Africa, Lesotho and Mozambique. Throughout her career, Winnet has collaborated with Ministry of Health stakeholders, focusing primarily on HIV and TB programmes.
Her strengths lie in quality improvement and programme management. Winnet has a proven track record in designing and leading the implementation of medium- to large-scale improvement programmes, capacity building, systems change and leveraging data for improvement analytics.
Winnet holds a bachelor’s in Community Health Psychology from the University of South Africa and a postgraduate diploma in Health Economics from the University of Cape Town. She has a qualification as a certified improvement adviser from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in Boston, USA.
