Úrsula Larraquy
Senior Associate (Climate Finance and Economics)
Úrsula Larraquy is a senior associate in the Climate Finance and Economics practice, and is based in the UK.
Her work experience spans from the consulting sector to academia as well as the public sector, including EY and the City of Buenos Aires, where she led the international climate policy agenda.
She developed cities alliances based on urban climate policy, secured partners support for projects on sustainability topics, produced research reports and briefed high-rank government officials in addition to identifying international funding opportunities for local governments. She also volunteered for international cooperation organisations in Argentina.
Úrsula holds a master's degree in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has also studied at Sciences Po Paris and is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
