Udeshay Khurana is an analyst in the Human Development practice, based in Goa, India.
His work focuses on various facets of urban economic development, including core infrastructure, human capital formation, investment and jobs, liveability and technology.
Before joining Genesis, Udeshay worked as a strategy and implementation consultant in the government advisory practice at CRISIL Limited (an S&P Global company) in Mumbai. Prior to this, he was a junior analyst in the survey data analytics team at the Boston Consulting Group.
Udeshay holds a master’s degree in Economics from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi, where his thesis focused on developing a multidimensional framework to measure inequality in household developmental outcomes across health, education, and standard of living.
