Titus Ogello is a monitoring, evaluation and reporting (MER) officer in the Health practice.
He is experienced in programme cycle management and strategic implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) systems, specifically in health and education programmes. These include reproductive and maternal health, HIV prevention, WASH, early childhood education, and care for child development.
His expertise includes monitoring and evaluation, statistical data analysis, mobile data collection, outcome mapping, results-based management, programme quality assurance, capacity assessments, stakeholder analysis and report writing.
Titus has a bachelor’s in Population Health from Kenyatta University in Kenya.
