Robert Kyeyagalire
Principal (Health)
Robert Kyeyagalire is a principal in the Health practice. He is based in Uganda.
He is a public health specialist and an expert in monitoring and evaluation. He has worked as a team leader, project manager and technical adviser alongside senior leaders of government institutions and international development organisations to design, implement, monitor and evaluate public health interventions in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Robert has extensive experience in HIV care and treatment, TB, malaria, family planning, as well as maternal, newborn and child health. His work spans several countries including Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa.
He has led projects funded by Gavi – the Vaccine Alliance; UNICEF; UNAIDS; USAID; the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office; the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
Prior to joining Genesis, he was a senior manager at the Kampala office of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he led consulting assignments for clients in the government and the international development sector.
He holds a master’s in Public Health from the University of Oxford (UK) and a BSc from Makerere University (Uganda).
