Noxolo Kampi
Analyst (Health)
Noxolo Kampi is an Analyst in the Health practice at Genesis Analytics. She is based in South Africa.
Her experience has included supporting large-scale, multi-country health initiatives across East and Southern Africa, notably within the South-to-South Learning Network. In this role, she has served as a country engagement lead for South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe, managing stakeholder relationships and developing research tools, concept notes, and presentations to facilitate evidence utilisation at the national level.
Her technical proficiency extends to large-scale data analysis and pharmacovigilance, having analysed datasets exceeding 20,000 observations to support the TB Recovery Plan and the National TB Programme. She has also contributed to high-level global health research, including climate change and drug-resistant TB studies for the G20 Brazil 2024 summit.
Noxolo holds an MSc in Epidemiology and Biostatistics (currently completing), a BHSc Honours in Public Health with distinction, and a BHSc in Health System Sciences from the University of the Witwatersrand.
