Loubna Marfouk is an associate within the Human Development practice. She is based in England.
Her research interests revolve around education, social inclusion, and social protection, in particular in contexts of migration. Her master’s thesis focused on impact-driven analysis to evaluate how policy change related to education occurs in the politically hybrid context of Morocco post Arab Spring.
Loubna holds a master's in African Studies from the University of Oxford and a bachelor's in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
