Jonathan Beardsley

Jon Beardsley leads C0DE’s Global Business Services team at Genesis. He is based in Kenya.
He has extensive experience as a scale-up business leader and operator. Jonathan was a founding team member of two acquired ad-tech companies in New York. In Kenya he was vice president of global expansion and managing director of CloudFactory, a pioneer in impact sourcing and AI humans-in-the-loop solutions. He helped to scale CloudFactory 50x to a market leading position globally.
His experience includes:
- Designing go-to-market and product strategies to quickly find product-market fit.
- Building cross-cultural teams.
- Coordinating partnership ecosystems for tech-enabled companies and social enterprises.
- Creating and implementing global expansion plans.
- Impact-sourcing facilitation.
Jonathan holds a bachelor’s in Political Science from Houghton University, NY.
