Programme Evaluator (Health)
Jenna Joffee is a senior associate focusing on programme evaluation in the Health practice.
She specialises in external/independent evaluation as well as internal monitoring and evaluation (M&E), worked within consulting, NGOs and government. While she has consulted across various sectors including crime prevention and education, Jenna’s strongest area of interest and expertise lies within the public health sector.
Jenna has a master's in Programme Evaluation as well as an honours in Psychology and a bachelor's in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, all from the University of Cape Town.
