Dennis Aliga
Associate (Human Development)
Dennis is an associate in the Human Development practice at Genesis, based in Uganda.
He is a macroeconomist and specialises in economic modelling, evaluations and quantitative research primarily in education systems strengthening, education financing and social sectors financing work streams, with a strong interest in public finance management systems.
Prior to joining Genesis, Dennis was a teaching assistant at the University of Pretoria. He has also been a part of the sub-committee for the transition of Mastercard Foundation scholars into the job market along with other programme design and alumni strategy initiatives.
He holds a master’s and honours in Economics, all from the University of Pretoria.
