Amelia Davy is a manager in the Human Development Practice. She is based in the UK.

She is highly proficient in qualitative and quantitative research skills, having received formal training and qualifications from the Cambridge Judge Business School in a range of advanced quantitative methods and software (predictive analytics including machine learning, descriptive analytics, data visualization). At Genesis, Amelia has applied her private sector experience to support a range of public sector clients and development partners to analyse social sector finance (including expenditure tracking, efficiency, equity analysis, and public finance management diagnostics) and to support national, sub-national, and local reforms.
Amelia holds a master's in Development from the London School of Economics and Politics and an honours degree from Oxford University in Geography, with a focus in African Studies and Indian Political Economy.
