Escalators and elevators: Supporting occupational transitions for young people

Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator and Genesis Analytics conducted research to understand how we can transition young people into occupations with better career prospects and earnings. The research aimed to identify specific skills and tasks performed by young people and associated earnings in the young person’s current occupation. Accordingly , identify potential occupational transitions where earnings are higher.
