Advisory service for Mauritius driver testing centre

Genesis provided transaction advisory services to the Prime Minister’s office in Mauritius. We provided economic, financial and PPP procurement advisory services from the feasibility to procurement stages of the project.

The driver education and testing centre (DETC) will be a training facility with the objective of imparting quality practical and theoretical training for learners in Mauritius.

The government also requested an investigation into whether the DETC could be a feasible project to undertake as a PPP. Our primary role in the project was economic and financial advice in the preparation of the feasibility study as well as design of the subsequent procurement process for the PPP.
