Strategic input to financial education programme for consumers

Genesis was contracted by a large financial services provider in South Africa to provide strategic input to its consumer education programme and to conduct the monitoring and evaluation for the programme.

Specifically, Genesis was asked to design a results-based M&E framework and implementation plan including specific performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the 2014 intervention; implement the M&E plan for the 2014 programme; conduct a needs assessment to understand the appropriateness of the material used in the 2014 programme; and provide strategic input to the design of the 2015 programme based on the findings from the above processes.
