Regulatory impact of changes to National Lottery Act

Genesis was contracted by the Department of Trade and Industry to conduct a Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) on the changes proposed in the South African National Lotteries Amendment Bill.

The RIA was intended to provide an assessment of the relevance, sufficiency, costs and benefits of the selected approach in achieving the proposed policy objectives.
