Key evidence paves way to tile merger before tribunal

Genesis was commissioned to provide the key economic evidence on geographic markets in a merger of two roof tile manufacturers, Lafarge and Kulu, before the Competition Tribunal.

The merger was ultimately approved subject to conditions.
