Genesis, UN team up to bring technical support to SRHR institutions

The realisation of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) continues to be a significant public health challenge in Sub-Saharan Africa. 

The 2gether 4 SRHR programme aims to fast track the realisation of SRHR targets of SDG 3, 4 and 5 by expanding the provision of timely and quality-assured technical assistance to continental and regional institutions. The aim is to accelerate progress towards universal access to comprehensive SRHR in East and Southern Africa.

Genesis Analytics partnered with the United Nations Population Fund to develop the regional SRHR Technical Assistance (TA) Hub for the 2gether 4 SRHR programme.

Genesis will provide technical support through the establishment of a UN TA Hub, SRHR TA Hub and an online regional SRHR Knowledge Hub.

These hubs will coordinate different agencies to exploit their competitive advantages, strengthen the “Delivering as One” approach, and improve their capacity within the ESA region to provide high-quality SRHR-related TA to regional stakeholders and countries.
