Expert advice in hostile takeover of Cipla

Genesis was commissioned to provide expert economic analysis and testimony in a proposed hostile takeover of generics producer, Cipla Medpro, by Adcock Ingram, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in South Africa.

The takeover was, however, ultimately abandoned for commercial reasons.
