Design of R300m charitable foundation

Genesis was hired by one of the big four banks in South Africa to conduct the design of a R300m charitable foundation.

We recommended how and where the foundation should support and fund three areas of interest: early childhood development, youth at risk, and affordable schooling.

We also set up the governance and operational arrangements of the foundation.
