Audit of Botswana enterprise programme's impact

TechnoServe Botswana commissioned Genesis to conduct an audit of the impact assessment of its Tokafala Enterprise Development programme.

Together with its partners, Anglo America, Debswana, De Beers and the Government of Botswana, TechnoServe wanted to validate the programme’s contribution towards revenue generation, job creation, access to finance and access to markets of the beneficiaries’ enterprises.

Based on the findings and methodologies used by Genesis, improved methods and processes were recommended to improve Tokafala’s future impact assessments.
