Shared value strategy to engage with trade unions

One of the largest insurance and investment groups in Africa wanted to engage with the trade unions to improve stakeholder relations and to unlock new business opportunities.

The company needed advice on the state of, and future direction of the trade unions in South Africa, as well as the design of a value proposition it could bring to the relationship.

Our strategy was used by the client to streamline internal structures and to secure new insurance business relationships with trade unions.
