New partnership to drive digital public infrastructure in Africa

Digital Genesis is a new partnership between Genesis Analytics and Digital Frontiers that offers African governments the best opportunity to deliver services to people and businesses at scale through Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI).
With our local knowledge, the Digital Genesis partnership brings together the competencies and experience needed to design, test, implement, and scale DPI technologies across the Young World. Our shared values, expert-network across Africa, deep experience partnering with governments, and belief in sustainable capability building positions us well to accelerate Africa’s DPI journey.
Africa is at the start of its DPI journey with most of the work needed on a country level. The sustainable transformation of a country through DPI goes beyond putting the right technology in place - the right operating models are crucial to ensuring that support is available, requiring coordination, agreement on mandates and investment in capacity. Well-capacitated governance structures are complex to establish, but critical to ensuring that DPI systems function properly.
Getting this right requires a localised approach, grounded in the reality of delivering change in Africa.
