Sector resources and planning tools: The purpose of the Return2Work Initiative is to provide sectors with practical tools and guidelines that will assist in the R2W planning and preparation process.

• Each sector should give consideration to which sector association or lead firm will take responsibility for completing the sector R2W readiness plan below, and what their mandate and representation will be. Another important consideration is which key stakeholders must be
  
• engaged in the planning process, for example, trade unions, sector bodies and organisations, and bargaining councils.
• The following schematic provides a practical approach for the R2W planning process.
• Sector planning and preparedness forms a part of Phase 2: Sector Readiness.
