Genesis announces the names of three new partners

Genesis is proud to announce the appointment of three new partners at the firm: Paul Anderson, Anthony Felet and Ethèl Teljeur.

Paul Anderson is an experienced competition economist who has provided economic analysis and expert advice across various competition and regulatory matters in South Africa since joining Genesis in 2004. He has built up a wealth of experience in competition and regulation and has also provided economic analysis for various commercial litigation matters.

Anthony Felet is a regulatory finance specialist and the leading professional in the field in South Africa. Anthony joined Genesis in 2009 and has since contributed to the development of regulatory pricing frameworks across regulated sectors, including media, ports, airports and pharmaceutical.

Ethèl Teljeur is a regulatory expert specialising in energy: piped gas, electricity and petroleum pipelines. She has extensive experience in South Africa, and an in­depth understanding of the regulatory challenges in both the public and private sectors.
