Martyn Brown is a principal procurement specialist in Genesis Procurement Services, based in the UK.
He has extensive experience in the international development and humanitarian sectors, managing all aspects of the procurement cycle from market engagement and tender design to contract management and completion.
Martyn's expertise includes providing technical consultancy on a wide range of procurement activities such as preparing standard bidding documents, procurement manuals and disaster response preparedness plans. He is also skilled in conducting compliance reviews and designing and implementing framework agreements.
He has held key procurement positions at Crown Agents and the UK government's Conflict, Humanitarian and Stabilisation Operations Team. Martyn is a Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and a member of The Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
