Jane Crouch is a principal business development lead at Genesis Procurement Services, based in the UK.
She has wide-ranging experience in business and international development, working with clients from across the Caribbean, Africa and Asia. Jane is knowledgeable about government institutions and structures, understands the challenges that governments face and is adept at building lasting client relationships.
Jane has specialist knowledge of the Caribbean and Sub-Saharan Africa, having worked closely with various governments including Guyana, Ghana, Barbados, Jamaica, Kenya, Antigua and Barbuda, Montserrat and Zambia. She has forged close working relationships with key stakeholders and regional organisations.
She has worked in Barbados as the regional lead and project manager on a Waste to Energy project with Barbados Port Inc. This complex IDB-Invest-funded project aims to provide an environmentally safe and sustainable solution by implementing a waste-to-energy plant that is in line with the global standards.
Jane is a non-executive director of the Caribbean Council, a not-for-profit networking organisation for responsible international businesses and investors operating in the Caribbean and Central America.
