Analyst (Primary Data Intelligence)
Isabella-Rose Miller is an analyst in the Primary Data Intelligence Unit, based in Cape Town, South Africa.
With extensive experience in data management, fieldwork coordination and oversight and data quality control, she specialises in developing tablet-based CAPI data collection tools, conducting training workshops and implementing robust data management systems.
Prior to joining Genesis Analytics, she worked as an assistant project manager for the Society for International Development (SID) in Israel, collaborating with organisations in the international development and humanitarian aid sector. Her responsibilities included PR initiatives, publishing professional materials, assisting with business development, and organising SID Israel's annual conference at the Knesset.
At Genesis, Isabella-Rose has enhanced data quality control processes and fieldwork training systems. She has developed standardised templates for data management and training, played a key role in recruiting external quality controllers, and created guidelines for optimising external resource allocation. Her work supports projects across early childhood development (ECD) and health sectors in South Africa and throughout Africa.
Isabella-Rose holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Economics and a Bachelor of Social Science in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, both from the University of Cape Town.
