Frances Eberhard

Principal (Shared Value and Impact)

Frances Eberhard is a principal on Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs in the Shared Value and Impact practice. 

She is an admitted attorney, has clerked at the Constitutional Court, held fellowships at Duke and UCT’s law schools, and has a wide range of policy and advocacy experience ranging from detention in the so-called “war on terror”, the application of living customary law in a democratic South Africa, and democratic participation in school governance.

She previously led the Africa Practice at the Speyside Group and has also worked as an external policy consultant to the Airbnb MEA campaign.

Frances has a master’s of Laws from Duke University School of Law and a BA LLB from the University of Cape Town.
