Buhle Magwaza
Associate (Human Development)
Buhlebethu Magwaza is an associate in the Human Development practice. She is based in Joburg.
She has worked with youth in civic engagement, education, and social inclusion. Youth involvement and development, skill development, education, young people's leadership development, climate change and its communication, sustainability, and social inclusion are some of her interests. She is also involved in advocacy work for sustainability and climate change.
Buhlebethu worked as a business development associate at Khulisa Management Services before to joining Genesis. She also worked with Engage South Africa and Step into Action, two youth organisations that promote youth leadership and active civic involvement with a goal of promoting global youth engagement and participation.
She holds a master’s in Environmental Science and Management and a bachelor in Environmental Science and International Studies, both from Monash South Africa.
