You will be working on some of the most important challenges in the world, from Day 1 and be taught advanced problem-solving and consulting skills, and use them from the start.
We recruit newly or recently qualified graduates from African and international universities to join as analysts. On occasion, honours students and external junior hires with up to one year's working experience may also be considered for analyst positions.

Our mass recruitment programme runs according to the academic calendars in Africa and overseas. We recruit internationally from September to December in the Northern Hemisphere and in Africa from April to June each year.
These processes are designed for current students at university-level or recently qualified and employed graduates who would like to pursue opportunities at Genesis. Applications for the 2024 Intake in Africa are now closed.
The international round is now closed with first round interviews taking place from 4th - 15th December. The dates for the 2024 international round will be published here in mid 2024."

An initial exploratory telephonic interview will be held
You will be asked to complete an online case study assessment
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a panel interview
Successful candidates are added to our internship database and offers are made dependent on available project work.
