Congratulations to the winners

Our annual Value Unlocked competition showcases the best work done in the firm over the past year that highlights our purpose of Unlocking Value for our clients and communities. The standard this year was as exceptional as always and the firm had a hard time voting for the winners.

The Work Quickly and Cleverly category was won by Tao Platt and Ceri Scott for How outsourcing can open global doors for Africa’s young jobseekers; Sarah Melville and Miyabo Miyabo took away the Work Together prize for Youth entrepreneurs: How they differ and ways to support them and Better Solutions was won by Green options for Mpumalanga’s ageing coal power stations from Emma Green, Tlhalefang Moeletsi and Sarah Wewege. 

Tshepiso Mashinini and Jamie Grant won for the project that best applied a Gender Lense for Support for HIV prevention teams focused on AGYW, Sajid Sherif and Steve Cohen won Value Realised for Analysis yields more health for money in fight against HIV and taxation of CIS in SA won Value Unlocked category for Adriaan Slabbert. Tshegofatso Phake won the prize for the automation of templates in the Value Unlocked in Genesis Analytics category.

Genesis Analytics founder Stephan Malherbe congratulated the winners Ceri Scott, Sarah Melville, Tshegofatso Phake and Adriaan Slabbert in the Joburg head office while our colleagues from across 25 countries joined online.
