A large insurer and asset manager wanted to understand the trade unions as a stakeholder, especially their influence over economic policy.

Our Shared Value team compiled primary research on the condition, power, politics, direction, and concerns of the unions, and developed a stakeholder engagement strategy.

The strategy was used to open a conversation with the trade unions.
