Genesis Analytics completes a bundled pricing strategy for a retail bank in Ghana

Genesis Analytics was commissioned by a leading panAfrican bank to conduct a pricing strategy review of its operations in Ghana. This was done to assess the viability of introducing bundled pricing for specific segments and products, which will create greater value for consumers and maximise revenue for the bank. The strategy was presented to the bank’s Central Pricing Committee, which subsequently implemented the bundled pricing as per the recommendations
