Wayne Bateman
Head of Behavioural Science (ABE Labs)
Wayne Bateman is the head of Behavioural Sciences at Genesis Analytics.
He has worked as a consultant across the private, public and charitable sectors, with a particular focus on the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based programmes. During this time, he has worked with the Department for Education, the Department of Health, Microsoft, Save the Children, the World Health Organisation, and the US Government’s Social and Behavioural Sciences Team. Before joining Genesis, Wayne has worked as a Behavioural Science Specialist for Public Health England, based within Hertfordshire County Council.
He studied Social and Political Sciences at the University of Cambridge and then spent the following year at the Department of Social Policy, University of Oxford and graduated with an MSc in Evidence Based Social Intervention.
