Alexandra Grati is a senior procurement specialist at Genesis Procurement Services, based in the UK.
She has managed supply chains for health sector development and infrastructure projects. Alexandra excels in both private and public procurement, developing bidding documents, managing contracts and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
Alexandra has successfully managed complex procurement processes across the UK, Kosovo, Nigeria, Ghana and Romania, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. While working at Crown Agents, she secured essential supplies for health programmes and emergency responses. She also provided procurement services for various initiatives, including serving as the MCC Interim Procurement Agent for MCA-Kosovo.
Alexandra played a key role in procuring bespoke educational materials for the PLANE project in Nigeria and securing essential drugs and medical commodities for the Health Pooled Fund Phase III in South Sudan, supporting over 800 health facilities. Alexandra also contributed significantly to Crown Agents’ Covid-19 response, supplying essential drugs and personal protective equipment to various British Overseas Territories.
She holds a bachelor’s in Economics from the Romanian-American University and is an Advanced Diploma Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
