Our Evaluation for Development practice spreads its wings

27 July 2017

Our Monitoring and Evaluation practice has added a London contingent to Johannesburg, Nairobi, Cape Town, and Underberg.Debby Nixon has joined Noel Verrinder in London.

Both Noel, who has worked out of Johannesburg since joining Genesis in 2013, and Debby, will divide their time between London and Nairobi with our colleagues Amreen Choda and Thandiwe Ng'ombe.

Debby rejoined Genesis in 2017 as an associate in the Evaluation for Development practice.

She started her career in Financial Services Strategy at Genesis before leaving for London to do a Masters in Economics for Public Policy from the University of Surrey.

Evaluation for Development partner, Alyna Wyatt, said that being based in Africa means "we are in touch with beneficiaries that the programmes we evaluate target.

"Having a UK presence now will strengthen our ability to understand our partners’ and clients’ decision making contexts, ensuring that we are able to support them in their efforts to unlock value in Africa,” said Wyatt.
